Who we are

  • Seobinos is operated by DIGITAL BINOS. DIGITAL BINOS is the data controller for the personal data described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect

  • Website addresses you audit. When you paste a URL, we fetch that site's public pages to build your report. We never ask for your website's password or admin access.
  • Account details. If you sign up, we store your email address and login credentials, and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares with us (name and email).
  • Usage and device information. We keep a record of which sites you've audited, and a one-way scrambled code derived from your IP address for visitors without an account, so plan limits work.
  • Messages you send us for support.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To create your account, run audits and show reports, including AI advice and voice summaries — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To enforce plan limits, keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse — our legitimate interests.
  • To answer support requests — our contract with you and our legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
  • We don't sell your data and don't send marketing without your consent; you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host and run Seobinos: hosting, database and sign-in, our AI provider (only the page content needed for analysis), Google PageSpeed and Google Maps for public checks.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing. Paddle handles your card details; we never see or store them.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, and authorities where the law requires it.
  • Some providers may process data outside your country; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Account data and audit history are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, or the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

  • You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing digitalbinosinfo@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
  • You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security and cookies

  • We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls.
  • We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and make the service work; we don't use advertising cookies.

Changes and contact

  • If we change this policy we'll update this page. Questions? Email digitalbinosinfo@gmail.com.
